British Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab has accused Beijing of "gross and egregious" human rights abuses against its Uyghur population in China's autonomous region of Xinjiang.
It came on a day when Britain and China threw public criticisms of each other, with the UK Foreign Secretary also hinting that he may suspend the UK’s extradition arrangements with Hong Kong over China’s moves against the city-state.
