Australians cite lack of sleep as leading barrier to a healthy life

Lack of sleep has been deemed the leading barrier to a healthy life, a major global survey suggests.

The findings come from PwC’s Health Research Institute report Action required: The urgency of addressing social determinants of health, which surveyed almost 8000 people across the world, including more than 1000 Australians.
