Hannah Clarke’s domestic violence murder highlighted coercive control — but has anything changed?

It's been almost six months since Brisbane mother Hannah Clarke and her three children were murdered by her estranged husband, Rowan Baxter, in a crime that caused widespread public shock.

After their horrific deaths, mounting evidence suggested Ms Clarke and her children had suffered a long history of psychological abuse and controlling, coercive behaviour at the hands of Baxter.
