Australia Bay Seafoods loses export licence amid legal fight with NT Government
Australia's largest supplier of tropical snapper has had its export licence cancelled in the middle of a legal stoush with the Northern Territory Government.
Australia Bay Seafoods (ABS) is taking the Government to court over plans to merge two fisheries, claiming there is no environmental or economic evidence to support the merger, which, if approved, could cost the company in excess of $20 million.
