Olga Neubert was refused family violence order before her murder by estranged husband
A Tasmanian woman who was murdered by her estranged husband in broad daylight on a busy Hobart street had sought a family violence order (FVO) against him prior to her death.
The coronial investigation into the murder of Olga Baraquio Neubert found that Tasmania Police refused her request for an FVO against Klaus Dieter Neubert.
