A Beautiful Mind: It’s okay to not feel okay

This painting symbolizes how I felt the first weeks after the outbreak of COVID-19

  • I felt overwhelmed by emotions, confused and my brain was constantly overthinking.

It’s great to hear positive and uplifting messages but I think it’s also important to remember that we are human beings and are allowed to not feel “okay” all the time.

The more I talked to friends, family and also started writing and painting about the way I felt.

The more I understood myself and felt peace with the emotions I was feeling.

So hereby sharing this painting I made as a message that you are not alone wherever you are and you are allowed to feel anxious or “not okay” at times…what is important is that you express yourself in any way that resonates with you.
