La corruption fragilise l’armée nationale afghane

L’inspecteur général du service américain chargé de surveiller les efforts pour la reconstruction de l’Afghanistan (SIGAR), John Sopko, n’est pas du genre à manier la langue de bois et à prendre ses désirs pour des réalités.
