Iraqi Kurdistan Needs US to Develop Clear Plan for Retaking Mosul

The Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG)is confident that its US allies are working diligently on formulating a military plan, most likely with the Iraqi government, but the Kurds want to ensure that the strategy to retake Mosul is well thought through, according to KRG Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani.
